Gaza is still bleeding tonight..
|
Military operations continue in Gaza tonight, after massacres that have begun this Saturday, killing nearly 350 palestinians and wounding 1600. The Israeli authorities have made it clear that they will not stop the air raids before the fall of Hamas movement. The Lebanese Army and the UNIFIL are currently on alert because Israeli warplanes flew over the South today. Both Lebanese poles protested against Israel's assault on Gaza and called for immediate U.N action to end all military actions. President of Chamber Nabih Berry will hold a meeting in Tyre this wednesday, reuniting the federation of arab parliaments in order to support the palestinian victims. Hizbullah criticized the Egyptian government accusing it of supporting Israel opposedly to the Egyptian people. On the other hand, Washington announced her solidarity with the Israeli army. Somehow, we are not surprised. A new year is at the door, and Gaza is still bleeding tonight. This is not a war against Hamas, but a crime against humanity. The whole world has been mobilized; demonstrators all through the arab world, from Egypt and Iraq to France and London, even in Asia manifested against the Israeli attacks. We all call for an immediate cease-fire, to spare the lives of those who are in danger and might not make it to tomorrow...
